Application Procedure
Fill in all the columns in the application form carefully and accurately. Incomplete and inaccurate application forms shall not be considered.
Enclose the following along with the application:
- A recent passport size photograph
- Attested copies of the marks cards of I,II & III Degree [A copy each]
- Attested copy of the Date of birth of the candidate asd extracted from SSLC/Cumulative Record
- A certificate of physical fitness from a registered Medical Practitioner
- Copy of the S.S.L.C./ equivalent Certificate
- Copy of the Transfer Certificate from the Insstitution last studied
- A copy of eligibility Certificate obtained from Mangalore University [Only for candidates from other Universities]
- A copy of Migration Certificate [ Only for candidates from other Universities]
Additional enclosures for foreign nationals:
- No -objection certificate from the Ministry of Human Resorce Devlopment, [Department Of Education] Govenment of India
- Valid passport and student Visa for the period of study in the institution
- AIDS free certificate issued by a competent authority.

The College is situated in Ujire, Which is 9 Kms.from the temple town Dharmasthala and 65 Kms. From Mangalore.
